In the heat of the afternoon, Officers Dick Chibbles and Jack Vegas are on patrol, cruising through their beat. Suddenly, a call crackles over the radio—an armed suspect is on the loose. They hit the gas, racing towards the suspect's hideout. Brooke Karter answers the door, her eyes wide with a mix of innocence and deceit.
