Lily Larimar, Athena Faris, and Maddy May are enjoying a sleepover while their stepmother Sarah Vandella interrupts them for refreshments. Sarah's friends invite her to join them, and she is ecstatic. They engage in slumber party activities, and Lily grows angrier and ashamed. When Lily interrupts, she apologizes and the friends apologize. Sarah accepts responsibility for the situation, and the friends invite her to stay. The friends are attracted to Sarah and have hidden agendas, but Lily is annoyed by their lust. The friends eventually invite her to participate in the fun.

Harmony Rivers and Lulu Chu are tasked with interviewing a role model for school. Lulu suggests Harmony's stepmother, London Rivers, as a potential candidate. Despite Lulu's flirtatious inquiries, Harmony is determined to succeed. Despite Lulu's promise to quit if things become heated, Harmony refuses to let them ruin her opportunity to excel in the assignment.
