Lana undergoes a unique therapy at DDF Genital Hospital with Dr. Virgil Startman. He injects her to help her fall asleep, then uses blue surgical gloves to examine her shaved pussy. He then applies lubricant to probe her anus and vagina, inserts a plastic tube into her lower abdomen, and spanks her across his lap.
