New Neighbors, Scene #01
Wearing only a bikini, Kenzie Taylor heads to her little apartment complex's pool to unwind. She settles in to read when Eva Maxim, her new neighbor, appears out of nowhere. They greet each other casually, but Kenzie is shocked by how attractive Eva appears in her bikini. Innocently, Eva asks Kenzie whether it's alright if she sunbathes in her undies here. Kenzie nods excitedly, trying not to give away too much about her evident spying. Eva takes off her bathing suit so that Kenzie and the sun can both enjoy her. After staring for a while, Kenzie ultimately decides to approach. She stands up and nervously makes her way over to where Eva is lounging, where they exchange introductions. Kenzie is cut off from further conversation when Eva asks her neighbor, "Your place or mine?" in a knowing manner. Even though Kenzie is shocked, she obligingly follows Eva's lead and they head inside for a sensual encounter.
