Lily Larimar, the stepdaughter of Serene Siren and Kenzie Taylor, is going to their family doctor, Kenna James, for a visit. After asking Lily a few standard inquiries, Kenna asks her what brought her in today after everything seemed to be in order. Lily reveals that she thought this would be a good time to be checked out because she had lately started engaging in sexual activity. Kenna consents to do the examination since she supports Lily's recent changes in her life. She does, however, first make sure Lily feels at ease going through it in the same room as her stepmothers. Since everything appears to be normal, Kenna requests that Lily take off her gown entirely so she may do a more in-depth check. Lily spreads her legs wide and gets naked, allowing Kenna a clear look at her genitalia. After putting on some gloves, Kenna slides Lily's underwear to the side and reaches inside with one finger. Though it's obvious that Lily and Kenna are having fun, they are afraid to say it, especially with Lily's stepmothers looking on from the other side of the room.
