Aaliyah Love's character Sarah hasn't always had it easy. She was forced to stay with her partner in a risky circumstance, but she eventually mustered the will and support to break out from him. Sarah has been graciously welcomed into the house of her friend Cassie, so that she and her therapist husband James (Tommy Pistol) can assist Sarah in starting again. However, even with all of their encouragement, Sarah is still too embarrassed to talk about some things. Sarah checks the healing of her neck a week later, hoping that the final remnants of her horrific past life had vanished. But her hands slowly, sensually, close around her throat as she examines herself in the mirror, massaging her neck. Unquestionably thrilling, it makes her feel hot all over while yet frightening her. At that point, she chooses to ask James for additional assistance. Maybe he can help her work through these complex emotions in his capacity as a therapist. Sarah is apprehensive when James walks into her bedroom, so he makes a vow to keep their chat private. When he does, she clumsily confesses that she gets attracted to being choked during sex. It's clear that things weren't always this way, and she fears that her prior traumas have distorted her, but she needs his assistance to get over it. James provides professional treatment sessions, but Sarah maintains that she requires something far more tailored.
